I realized I wanted a GPS when I discovered geocaching, it took me one time going with a pal to find a cache after which I was once hooked. As a newbie user of handheld GPS, I could have thrown the $239 value down the bathroom, as I've no longer been in a position to do much helpful with it thus far.
The PN-60 seems slightly powerful and cleverly designed. However, it's complicated, and the guide describes the GPS as a set of monitors that one can invoke -- it scrupulously keep away froms saying the means to accomplish any high-level job (such as finding your approach) one would probably want to use a GPS for. After reading the complete manual (!!!!), I am scarcely much less at midnight about the usage of this thing than I used to be prior to. Why DeLorme never considered writing a process-oriented person's handbook is a puzzle.
